Non-emergency maintenance issues should be reported through the street.co.uk app wherever possible to ensure the quickest response and accurate tracking.

Examples of Emergencies

  • Major water leaks or flooding.

  • Complete loss of heating or hot water.

  • Electrical failure affecting the whole property.

  • Insecure external doors or windows following a break-in.

  • Smell of gas (after contacting National Grid Emergency Services).

  • Severe storm or structural damage posing immediate risk.


All other non-emergency maintenance should be reported through the maintenance portal or during office hours.

Tenants can register using their email address to access our online portal and maintenance reporting system powered by Street.co.uk.

Using the portal, tenants can easily:

  • View key tenancy information.

  • Report maintenance issues online.

  • Track maintenance progress and contractor updates.

  • Assured Periodic Tenancies (APT) in line with the Renters’ Rights Act reforms introduced from 1 May 2026.

  • Tenant notice periods generally require 2 months’ notice.

  • Security deposits capped at a maximum of 5 weeks’ rent.

  • Holding deposits equivalent to 1 week’s rent.

  • Rent payments and tenancy management handled through modern online systems.
